5. Key Procedural Deadlines:
- Interested parties must register with the NTC within 10 days from the date of notification (no extension precedent).
- Submissions of views, comments, and evidence must be filed within 45 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
- A preliminary determination is expected within 60 to 180 days, and a final determination within 180 days thereafter.
6. Recommendations from the Trade Remedies Authority:
- Urgently review export activities (volume and pricing) to Pakistan during the investigation period.
- Register as an interested party in a timely manner and prepare a strategy for participation.
- Cooperate fully with Pakistan’s investigating authority (responding to questionnaires, on-site verification) to avoid the application of adverse available facts, which may result in high duty rates.
- Maintain regular coordination and information updates with the Trade Remedies Authority to ensure timely support.
