On November 2nd and 9th, 2024, UNI Customs Consulting hosted its Common Working Saturday at two offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. This regular business meeting serves as a chance to build strong relationships between employees and the company, disseminating company policies, and aligning the workforce with the CEO’s vision.

A collaborative space for both individual and company developments.
This event offers a valuable opportunity for UNI staff to participate in discussions on significant company developments and provide feedback on current workflow. Furthermore, through a combination of internal lectures, workshops, team building activities, mini games, employees can enhance both hard and soft skills, and release stress after working hours.

A harvest of innovation ideas
With the attendance of over 30 employees, the informative meeting of UNI successfully ended with support and love from the staff, as well as a number of creative ideas for business innovation.
Ho Chi Minh Team:
- Building mentorship program for newbie (Ho Chi Minh team)
- Organizing specialized cross-training between departments (Ho Chi Minh team)
- Creating a reading culture by donating old books and sharing them together (Ho Chi Minh team)
Hanoi Team:
- Organizing weekly meetings between departments to share and discuss specific working details and report current working status. (Hanoi team)
- Creating a handover procedure and materials required for the staff quitting their jobs. (Hanoi team)
Additionally, a range of other innovative ideas emerged, including orientation programs, healthcare initiatives, equipment maintenance, social marketing, office decor, and company trips, etc.
The Board of Directors has approved several of these proposals, and others are currently under review. By putting these employee ideas into action, UNI is setting itself up for a great future. This demonstrates the significant impact that innovative ideas of employees can have on UNI’s growth.
