On June 18, 2025, the Authority of Civil Cryptography Management and Testing of Cryptographic Products issued Official Letter No. 247/MMDSKD-MMDS announcing the adjustment to extend the validity period of the License for export and import of civil cryptographic products.
Details:
– The validity period of the civil cryptographic product import and export licenses is extended from 12 months to 36 months.
– In cases where the current license is still valid for less than 36 months, the new license will have a validity period equivalent to the remaining period of the current one.
This policy is effective from June 18, 2025.
