On September 26, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) issued its final determination imposing Anti-Dumping (AD) duties on molded fiber products imported from Vietnam.

5. Subsequent processes and procedures
The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will issue its final injury determination within 45 days, expected on November 8, 2025.
If the ITC determines that the U.S. domestic industry has been materially injured, the AD duty order will officially take effect from November 15, 2025.
6. Recommendations from the Trade Remedies Authority of Vietnam
- Continue monitoring developments related to the ITC’s final determination.
- Proactively diversify export markets, enhance competitiveness, and ensure compliance with import regulations when the duty order is officially enforced.
