So, a year full efforts and achievements has ended with the Year-End Party 2024 which took place on the evening of January 17, 2024, at both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh offices.
The theme of this year’s program: “TAKE FLIGHT AND REACH HIGH” has marked an important milestone in the development of UNI Consulting Co., Ltd.
“TAKE FLIGHT AND REACH HIGH” not only shows the aspiration to reach new goals but also affirms that UNI has been strongly growing, achieving certain achievements for the past four years of establishment. This is an opportunity for us to look back on the past journey and appreciate the efforts and dedication of each member in the UNI family. Furthermore, this program is also a promise of all UNI individuals to make larger contributions to create bigger UNI success.
SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES IN UNI’S YEAR-END PARTY 2024
1. Commencement of the Year-End Party
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Ngoc, an employee of the FTA Department, sang two very special songs in Chinese and Vietnamese. Her singing voice blends with vibrant melodies, creating an extremely vibrant atmosphere.
2. Recognizing distinguished employees in 2024
Followed by the most important performance of the program – the Award Ceremony. After over one month of nomination and executive evaluation, the Top 5 employees. who received the most trust and support from employees and managers in 2024, were named one after another.
The final prize results are announced from the highest to the lowest ranking.
The highest ranking – “The Employee of the Year 2024” belongs to: Mr. Phi Dang Long, from the Legal Department.
The “Outstanding Contributor in 2024“ award belongs to Ms. Pham Thi Hien, from the Clearance department.
The second “Outstanding Contributor in 2024″ award belongs to Mr. Le Anh Tuan, from the Ops department.
The “Most Potential Employee in 2024“ award belongs to Mr. Vu Kim Ngoc, from the IT (Information Technology) department.
The “Most Potential Employee in 2024“ award belongs to Mr. Le Tan Kien Cuong, from the Ops department.
4. Entertainment
And the highlight of this year’s Year-End Party was the exciting games. With 3 attractive challenges: “HÁT NỐI“, “ĐUỔI HÌNH BẮT CHỮ” and “COPY & PASTE“, the stage seemed to “explode” with laughter of everybody. The members participated wholeheartedly, creating an extremely bustling atmosphere.
3. Singing
A feature performance in every season of the Year-End Party is singing. On January 17, 2025, many talented individuals of UNI were revealed for the first time, promising great performances.
4. Gifts Exchange – Sharing Words of Love
Before the year-end party came to an end, all staff participated in the game “Random gift draw”. Each participant is presented with a random number. Each of these numbers is pasted on the corresponding person’s gift box. After a random draw, each person will receive a gift box containing the number they have drawn.
The moment of gifts exchange has created beautiful memories for everyone. The joy is doubled when sharing meaningful gifts together.
