On September 20, 2025, and September 27, 2025, Uni organized the Common Working Saturday (CWS) program combined with a corporate photoshoot for the entire company. This is a regular quarterly activity aimed at strengthening internal cohesion and creating opportunities for everyone to share knowledge and work experience in an atmosphere that is both professional and welcoming.
1. New Look – Shine with UNI
At UNI, we believe that behind every success is a story about dedicated people. To spread this belief and bring the image of the UNI team closer to everyone, the Leadership Board and Marketing Department have nurtured and implemented a special corporate photo project.

More than just professional shots, this is a story about a cohesive, talented team that is always ready to create new values. Below are some impressive moments from the corporate photoshoot.
The photoshoot was successfully held at both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City branches, with enthusiastic participation from most company employees. In an atmosphere that was both serious and filled with laughter, everyone captured professional group photos and individual photos bearing their own unique signatures.

2. Elevating Knowledge
With the guiding principle of “Continuously improving service quality,” UNI always focuses on investing in comprehensive capacity development for the team. Continuing this direction, during the Q3 Common Working Saturday, the company organized an in-depth training program with the theme:
“Logistics Costs and Inter-Departmental Impact”
The training session not only provided practical professional knowledge but also helped departments better understand each other’s roles, thereby enhancing coordination and optimizing work processes, aiming for the best customer experience.
The program was led by two experienced Import-Export Specialists from the Clearance team:

Ms. Pham Thi Hien (Hanoi Office)

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Dao (Ho Chi Minh City Office)
After the training, the atmosphere became even more lively with two rounds of knowledge Quiz Games. Members participated together, posed “tricky” questions, and demonstrated quick reflexes.

Mr. Tran Van Sang – representative of the FTA/CO department – also contributed to enlivening the atmosphere with interesting challenging questions.

Congratulations to the outstanding individuals who achieved the highest scores in the final quiz!
3. Launch of Praise & Idea Management System
Continuing the program was the introduction of the Praise Management and Idea Management systems, two new platforms implemented by UNI to honor achievements and encourage innovation throughout the company.
Praise Management: Recognizes employee performance, achievements, and contributions with practical rewards, helping create a healthy competitive environment and increase work motivation.
Idea Management: Reflects the open and welcoming spirit of a creative work environment, where all ideas are heard, evaluated, and if feasible – will be implemented in practice.

Each contribution, no matter how small, is a brick contributing to the great progress of the UNI collective.
4. Quiz Game – An Exciting Knowledge Race
The final part of the program was the Quiz Game – where knowledge and team spirit were tested in an exciting atmosphere.
At the Hanoi office, members competed with high competitive spirit, and Mr. Dat – from the Legal department – excellently won both rounds.

Meanwhile, the Ho Chi Minh City office was equally vibrant. Mr. Hoa made an impressive “sprint” to win convincingly, bringing enthusiastic applause and cheers from colleagues.
Both offices together created an afternoon full of energy, joy, and connection.
