Details are as follows:
1. Obligations of enterprises
Customs declarants are responsible for::
- Providing complete, accurate, and clear information in customs declarations
- Bearing legal liability for the declared information and documents submitted or presented
- Retaining dossiers at the customs authority and at the enterprise for post-clearance inspection and verification

2. Administrative penalties
According to the guidance in Official Letter No. 779/TCHQ-PC dated 09/02/2021 of the General Department of Customs
2.1 Violations relating to deadlines for customs dossiers
- Penalty: From 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.
- Specific violations: Failure to comply with the prescribed deadlines for the declaration, submission, presentation, or provision of customs dossiers.

2.2. Violations relating to customs inspection and audit
Penalty: From 4,000,000 VND to 10,000,000 VND
Specific violations: Violations in customs inspection or audit, including failing to provide complete or timely dossiers, documents, electronic data related to imported or exported goods when required by the customs authority.

3. Conclusion from the Customs Department under Official Dispatch No. 30039
Penalty: From 20,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VND
