6. Goods Excluded from the Scope of Provisional ADD:
Including: wood fibreboard products with surface covering layers not homogeneous with the inner board material, where the surface is covered with one of the following layers:
- Melamine coating: paper impregnated with uncured aminoplastic resin applied directly onto one or both sides of the base board, achieving adhesion and curing in the same process through heat and pressure, without use of intermediate adhesive.
- Surface coating (painting)
- Printed decorative paper impregnated with Ure-melamine-formaldehyde (MUF) resin
- Laminate sheets consisting of kraft paper, decorative paper, and overlay paper layers
- Acrylic resin composed of Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)
- Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin
- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin

9. Subsequent order of the case
After the Ministry of Industry and Trade issues the Decision on provisional ADD, the investigating authority will proceed with the following steps:
- Verification of responses to investigation questionnaires
- Organization of a public consultation session
- Circulation of the draft final determination to relevant parties for comments
- Issuance of the final determination
