- Final dumping margin for Vietnam (after adjustment for export subsidy offsets):46.24%
- Next Steps
- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is continuing its injury investigation and is expected to issue a final determination soon. Any anti-dumping duty order (if imposed) is expected to be announced on February 9, 2026.
