On March 30, 2026, the Customs Department issued Official Letter No. 14526/CHQ-GSQL providing guidelines on the notification of manufacturing facilities by processing enterprises for export processing enterprises.
The detailed guidelines are as follows:
- Notification of manufacturing facilities: Domestic enterprises shall notify their manufacturing facilities at the Sub-Customs Office that manages the area where the enterprise’s manufacturing facility is located.
- Customs procedures: All customs procedures related to the above processing activities shall be carried out at the Sub-Customs Office that manages the Export Processing Enterprise.
