On June 26, 2025, the Department of Employment issued Notice No. 6/TB-CVL on the decentralization of the reception and handling of registration dossiers for state inspection of the quality of imported Group-2 products and goods under the management competence of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Details are as follows:
1. Applicable Entities
Organizations and individuals importing group 2 products and goods in the domains under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
2. Main content
- The group of products and goods previously under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs is listed in Appendix II of Circular No. 09/2025/TT-BNV, including: personal protective equipment for workers; imported elevators and their safety components; imported escalators, moving walkways, and their safety components; and other related products; …
- The provincial People’s Committee shall replace the Ministry of Home Affairs in performing state quality management of the above-mentioned imported Group-2 products and goods, including the reception and processing of registration dossiers for inspection.
3. Enforcement effect:
This Circular shall enter into force on July 1, 2025.
